Purpose: Why do we process your data?
In accordance with the GDPR of April 27, 2016, and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, we will process the collected data for the following purposes:- To contact you if you request it.
- To manage website navigation, if applicable.
- To send commercial communications about our products and services.
- To provide access to our job offers through the completion of the application form available in the “Work with Us” section.
For this purpose, the user will have access to a registration form, which, once completed, will authorize them to access and benefit from specific services offered on the website.

We will retain your personal data for at least 5 years if you are a client, to ensure strict compliance with legal obligations.If you are not a client, we will retain your data only for the minimum time necessary to manage our relationship.

If any of our services are specifically aimed at minors, we will request parental or guardian consent for the collection of personal data or, where applicable, for the automated processing of data in accordance with Article 7 of the Spanish LOPDGDD.
Accuracy, Truthfulness, and Security of Data: How do we handle your data?
The user is solely responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the data provided, exempting NUDEC, S. A. U. from any liability in this regard. Users guarantee and are responsible for the accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the personal data provided and commit to keeping them properly updated.The user agrees to provide complete and correct information in the registration or subscription form. NUDEC, S. A. U. is not responsible for the accuracy of information not created by the company or that comes from another source, and therefore assumes no liability for potential damages resulting from the use of such information.
NUDEC, S. A. U. reserves the right to update, modify, or delete the information contained on its websites, and may even limit or deny access to such information. NUDEC, S. A. U. is exempt from liability for any damages suffered by the user as a result of errors, defects, or omissions in the information provided by NUDEC, S. A. U., as long as it originates from external sources.

NUDEC, S. A. U. guarantees the absolute confidentiality of users’ personal data on the portal. The data provided in the order form will be incorporated into a database managed under the exclusive responsibility of NUDEC, S. A. U., created to facilitate users’ access to the services offered through the portal and the processing of their orders, as well as to inform users about products and services (whether supplied directly by NUDEC, S. A. U. or by third parties with whom NUDEC has entered into a contract, agreement, or service provision arrangement) that may be of interest to them.NUDEC, S. A. Completing the registration form is mandatory to access and benefit from certain services offered on the website. Failure to provide the requested personal data or refusal to accept this data protection policy will make it impossible to subscribe, register, or participate in any promotions requiring personal data.
The user declares that they have been informed of the conditions regarding personal data protection, accepting and consenting to the automated processing of their data by NUDEC, S. A. U., in the manner and for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. Certain services provided on the portal may have specific conditions with particular provisions regarding personal data protection.
